On May 10-12 the Montreal CIREQ research center will host an econometrics conference honoring Eric Ghysels, the Edward M. Bernstein Distinguished Professor in the Department of Economics, Professor of Finance at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Faculty Research Director, Rethinc.Labs, Kenan Institute for Private Enterprise.
The program features 33 papers, including 12 co-authored by his former students and two Inaugural SoFiE lectures by Robert Engle and Lars Peter Hansen.
