One of our own, International Economist, Anusha Chari is being recognized by UNC Global and UNC Research departments for her in-depth research on India’s growing economy. Anusha Chari has been an apart of the UNC Economics department for 11 years. While at UNC with a joint appointment with Kenan-Flager business school, she has focused on international and macroeconomics research on outbound FDI from emerging-markets, cross-border M&A, the political economy of protectionism, and the rate of return to capital in capital-poor countries.
