Who will set up the classrooms for livestreaming and recording?

In Hyflex situations, where classroom presentations are streamed/recorded, who is responsible for setting up the tech equipment and executing the stream? This seems to me like something the College should handle. (Brian McManus)

The team that supports the KeepTeaching site is developing a guide to help faculty who plan to use this mode and will be sending that information directly to all faculty who have selected “Hyflex” as an instructional mode. In addition, the registrar’s office and classroom support are working together to make sure the classroom has technology that can support this mode. Once it is ready, we will also make the guide available to all faculty through KeepTeaching.
