Kyle Clements is a proud UNC Economics alum and member of the Economics Department Advisory Board. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1991. Kyle began his career as a financial advisor in 1992. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management in 2018, he spent 25 years at Merrill Lynch. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. A native of North Carolina, Kyle and his wife (also a UNC graduate) are proud parents of three children, one of whom is following in their parents’ TarHeel footprints. Kyle also enjoys coaching basketball, football, and baseball youth teams in his hometown of Chapel Hill.
