EconAid Center: A Study Place
The EconAid Center provides drop-in peer tutoring with undergraduate tutors, graduate students, and faculty for students in the core economics courses (101, 400, 410, and 420). as well as select upper-division economics courses. It is also a space for professors, TAs, and ULAs to hold office hours and help sessions as well as a general study space for economics students. Please check the schedule (coming soon) to see when help will be available for your course. The center opens on the first day of class and closes on the last day of exams (we will have an abbreviated schedule during the first week of classes). The EconAid Center is closed on days that the University is closed. Please be sure to sign in when you visit our drop-in center.

The EconAid Center is always looking for Peer Tutors. All Peer tutors must be Economics majors (other majors considered if student has a strong economics background) with at least a 3.5 GPA in economics courses and a 3.3 GPA overall. Student must have completed ECON101 and at least be concurrently enrolled in ECON410 or ECON420. There are two types of tutors we can hire: Work Study Tutors (must qualify for work study through financial aid) and Volunteer Tutors

Labor Day: The EconAid Center will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2017.
Fall Break: The EconAid Center will close at 3 PM on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 and will be closed on Thursday, October 19, 2017 and Friday, October 20, 2017.
Thanksgiving: The EconAid Center will close at 3 PM on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 and will be closed on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 through Friday, November 24, 2017.
Final Exam Week: We will have a special exam schedule to be posted later in the semester.
